Our regularly scheduled monthly work session/meeting occurs on the FOURTH SUNDAY of every month from 1pm until 4pm, sometimes later. Come whenever you want in that timeframe. Other impromptu train times occur; follow this event or page for postings and alerts.

November Goals:
– finish Arrival/departure track 1
– lay yard track 1 and yard track 2
– find one more person to sign on as an officer in the bylaws
– get one accessory working on the O gauge layout
– paint the HO scale board earth brown

December Goals:
– Install switch control panels on the east end of the yard, and on both ends of the south face.
– Get a yard switcher engine up and running
– Finish neatening the wiring under the west end
– get another accessory working on the O gauge layout
– paint the HO scale track

January Goals:
– 2019 Dues collections
– 2019 Budget
– begin talking about 2019 goals.
– finish painting the back wall sky blue
– crossover switch install between main 1 and main 2 on East end.
– if not already completed, tie Yard 1 and Yard 2 together on the east end for run-around

February goals
– switch machines for the new crossovers
– issue switching instructions for the Refinery and Village.
– finalize 2019 goals
The above tasks/goals complete the direction given by the membership in February 2018.
